Michael D. Blumberg
Michael D. Blumberg is a partner of the Firm practicing in business, corporate and commercial litigation, and is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. Mr. Blumberg regularly appears in state and federal courts in Connecticut and handles cases involving complex business issues, banking and lending transactions, commercial lease disputes and foreclosures, and other general civil and commercial matters.

Experience
Prior to joining Rogin Nassau, Mr. Blumberg represented banks, lenders, loan servicers, and institutional investors in residential foreclosure litigation, post-foreclosure evictions, and bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Blumberg received his B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. While in law school, he was a Merit Scholar and served as an Associate Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He also received a Certificate in Business Organizations Law for his coursework in business-related practice areas. During law school, he worked as an extern for the Delaware Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
Mr. Blumberg is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
