Education
She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College in 2002 and her law degree, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2006.  

Memberships
She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Hartford.  

Allison Mason is an associate in the firm’s Business, Corporate and Commercial Law, Tax, and Bankruptcy and Reorganization groups. She has experience in the areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, tax, and intellectual property.  

Experience
While in law school, Ms. Mason served on the editorial board of the Connecticut Law Review and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Writing and Tax-Exempt Organizations. In addition, Ms. Mason was a student clerk for Judge Alfred V. Covello and Magistrate Judge Joan G. Margolis of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
