Education
Mr. Hall earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut in 1993, his Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver in 1995, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2007. 

Memberships
Mr. Hall is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association as well as the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in Connecticut and passed the New York State Bar Exam. 

Frank Hall is an associate at the Firm practicing in the areas of tax, commercial law, and trusts and estates. His practice primarily involves federal, state and local tax advice and transactional planning. 

Experience
Prior to starting his legal career, Mr. Hall held a variety of positions in public accounting as well as private industry. Mr. Hall earned a Certified Public Accountant designation while working for a Big Four Accounting Firm conducting audits of public and private companies. While serving as the Chief Financial Officer of The Mathog & Moniello Companies, Inc., Mr. Hall participated in the successful negotiation and sale of his employer to Webster Insurance. He subsequently became Vice-President of Finance for Webster Insurance.
