Education
He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors from the University of Connecticut in 1967 and his Juris Doctor Degree with honors from the University of Connecticut, School of Law in 1971. 

Memberships
Mr. Sable is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. 

Mr. Sable is counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and land use, business, corporate and commercial law and bankruptcy and creditor rights. He has over 30 years of experience in representing clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisition, financing, construction, purchase & sale of real estate projects. In addition to the practice of real estate law, Mr. Sable regularly represents lenders and borrowers in all forms of commercial finance transactions. Mr. Sable also has extensive experience in workout transactions, foreclosures, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy matters, representing both creditors and debtors.
 

Experience
He has lectured extensively in his areas of practice, including Bankruptcy Code: “Automatic Stay, Adequate Protection of Cash Collateral,”; Uniform Commercial Code: “Creditors’ Rights and Protection of Security Interests in bankruptcy,”; “Commercially Reasonable Disposition of Collateral Under Article 9-A Case Study”; “Foreclosure and Repossession for Connecticut Lenders – When The Workout Doesn’t Work – Repossession of Personal Property”; “New Legislation Affecting Debtors and Creditors-Connecticut Homestead Exemption”; “Looking for Mr. Green-The Commercial Creditor Perspective”; “Real Estate Purchase and Sale Transactions-Defaults and Remedies.”

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sable was a Senior Partner and founding member of a Hartford law firm practicing business and commercial law.
