E.J. Greenspan specializes in litigation and regularly appears in state court and federal court on a variety of business and civil matters. She practices in the areas of business and civil litigation, including the prosecution and defense of cases involving complex business issues, real estate and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, claims of unfair competition, employment issues and contractual disputes, including franchise litigation.
Experience
Ms. Greenspan served on the Connecticut Bar Association House of Delegates from 2005-2008. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Business Torts Committee and Women and the Law Committee. In 2007, she was elected a Fellow of The Connecticut Bar Foundation James W. Cooper Fellows Program. Ms. Greenspan was a member of the Class Action Rules Task Force, formed to recommend revisions to the Class Action Rules in the Connecticut Practice Book. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
